The Kentucky Regional Extension Center and our partners at KHIE are excited to announce a new webinar series August 10 – 14, 2020
The WoW is a full week of FREE virtual learning and interactive sessions that welcomes clinicians, administrators, clinic staff and all healthcare professionals to remotely connect and discuss multiple programs and healthcare subjects with our Kentucky REC and KHIE experts.
Participants can attend them all or choose individual sessions on a variety of useful topics to help you address the challenges of today’s healthcare landscape.

Monday August 10
11:00 – 11:30: Getting Logged On
This session is for anyone who would like to get comfortable logging onto and navigating our virtual meetings. The KYREC team will be there to explain the platform and troubleshoot any issues you might have.

1:00 – 2:00: HIPAA - How Well Do You Know Your Business Associates
Business Associates are a vital part of any healthcare organization. In this segment, we will review and discuss your obligations as a covered entity that are required by the HIPAA Security Rule with regard to your business associates.
