Patient-Centered Specialty Practice is an innovative program for achieving excellence in specialty care. It was built on the success of the Patient-Centered Medical Home standards and makes NCQA Recognition available to specialty practices. The PCSP recognition program is a practice transformation model that helps practices improve in areas of patient-centeredness, access, communication, care coordination, quality, and efficiency.
PCSP Recognition will earn your practice full points in the Improvement Activities category of the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System under MACRA/QPP.
