On December 1st CMS released the Quality Payment Program Year 5 Final Rule. In this Final Rule, CMS made programmatic changes impacting the 2020 and 2021 program years across both the Merit Based Incentive Payment Program (MIPS) and the Advanced Alternative Payment Models (APM).
