CMS released the Program Year 2023 final score preview period on June 28th. The preview period and accompanying reports are available until the release of the Final Score and payment adjustments, scheduled to occur in August 2024.

Eligible clinicians, organizations, and users of the QPP portal can view preview reports based on their user role for the organization. Scores can change between now and August. If you believe there are errors in score calculations or you have scores after receiving an approved hardship or Extreme Uncontrollable Circumstance exception, you should contact the QPP Service Center by phone or email.
