The attestation deadlines for the Kentucky Medicaid EHR Incentive Program have been extended for Eligible Hospitals (EHs), Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) and Eligible Providers (EPs) by one additional month!

EHs and CAHs must submit their attestations for Program Year 2014 by 11:59 PM on January 30, 2015.

EPs must have their attestations for Program Year 2014 submitted prior to 11:59 PM April 30, 2015.
