Hybrid Event with Special Guest Speaker – In Person and Virtual

Lexington Kentucky, Malone’s Prime Events Center

We are pleased to be hosting our Annual Conference as a HYBRID event to give our participants the option to attend either in person* or virtually.

This year, for the first time, registrants will have access to additional content videos on our event website and app.

Coach Colene will share ways to acknowledge how tough the past two and a half years have been, celebrate what you’ve been able to achieve, and help you figure out how to keep moving forward with energy and intention.

About Coach Colene, Be More Consulting

Due to her experience and skills in HR, Colene Elridge came to be known as “the fixer” – she’s called to help organizations and leaders create better workplaces, productive teams, and aligned results. Her career in government focused on Affirmative Action, EEO, and Diversity. She was a successful investigator of harassment and discrimination complaints and implemented strategies that resulted in more diverse and inclusive workplaces.

She is the CEO of Be More Consulting, a boutique agency designed to support organizations in creating cultures of inclusion, and developing women leaders. Her first book, Monday Morning Pep Talks, was named by Success Magazine as a top book for professional women. Colene is the founder of EmpowHer Conference, a women’s leadership event that focuses on building women into leaders both at work and in their lives.
