Clinicians involved in the CMS Practice Transformation Network grant are invited to attend one of four national webinars on August 22 & 23 hosted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Please note: These webinars are exclusively for clinicians enrolled in the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI) – Practice Transformation Network Grant.
The purpose of the webinars is to engage clinicians across the U.S. in a dialog about transforming clinical practice. During these events, CMS is interested in hearing from you about the challenges of moving to value-based payment models, about MACRA and the Quality Payment Program. CMS also wants to help clinicians understand the important changes ahead in health care.
